I purchased this dark teal backless gown from COS in Berlin, Fall 2010. (About €80) Sadly I can't find anything about it online. :(

If you're not familiar with COS, it's H&M's higher-end (but still affordable; similar price points to Zara) line – located mostly in Europe, the UK, Scandinavia, and Asia – and it's finally coming to the States! 

Lips: Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain in Always Red, as a base, combined with the same product in Blackberry Sorbet, blended on top. ($14 each)
