There are certain pieces which have the ability to instantly make you look "stylish"; a good scarf, statement boots, a fabulous poncho. I swear, as long as your poncho has a good shape to it (my rule of thumb is: oversized = good, sloppy = bad), you could toss it over yoga pants and sneakers and look like you have it together. They're also a great Fall staple in that, in addition to working well as an oversized tank (like I've styled it here), they work so well layered over turtlenecks and leggings, not unlike a vest. In case you haven't heard, layering is huge right now. (Although to be fair, I feel like we're told that every Fall.)

Sadly, this cool asymmetrical Karigam tank poncho isn't quite yet available (I'm sometimes loaned pieces to wear for shoots and events, and I can say with complete honesty it's never pained me more to return a piece than this one!) but until it is, below are my favorite alternatives...

Thanks for stopping by!
