What I Wore // Instagram 09.26.14

Waldo makes me so nostalgic! I used to have all the books and would spend hours dissecting every little detail in each drawing. This is at the Vilebrequin store in Soho.

This top was one of the best investments I've made all year. Seriously. It's super stretchy and easy to care for. I wear it with skinny jeans, tucked into red high-waisted crop trousers (like in the photos above and below), with a black pencil skirt, with black leather shorts... Fun fact: I wore it on the first date with my man, so obviously I think it's a good date pick. ;)

Also, I succumbed to the flash tattoo trend. (I realize I'm late to this party) I went from being a skeptic to being completely enamored.

Free People Striped Low Back Top (The best $48 ever spent). I'm a sucker for nautical stripes.

Gold Flash Temporary Tattoos ($9.25/sheet) on Etsy. For this outfit I used the single strand of dots from just below my hairline down the center of my back. Instructions and FAQs here. Warning: They're addictive.

Babaton "Cohen" Pant ($145) in Fiery Red, from Aritzia. Unfortunately this color is sold out but there are others still available. These were another great investment for me (gotta love an elastic waist!) so much so that I also bought them in the blush color. They feel like pajamas but look like polished trousers. Win!

Kate Spade "Carroll Park Mini Penelope" Crossbody (retailed for $298 and sold out but there are deals all over eBay, including here and here).
