I am totally guilty of living in blacks and greys in the Winter, so I balance out that habit with fun, colorful, and statement accents here and there. I randomly picked up these tech-friendly gloves at Suzy Shier while in Thunder Bay, Ontario for a concert with their Symphony. It was WAY colder than expected—I was coming straight from 3 weeks in Orlando—so I didn't really have a choice, but they ended up being a great buy as they seamlessly mesh with my black and grey-heavy Winter wardrobe. One of the joys of my day job is discovering (and in this case, rediscovering) stores I never otherwise would have checked out. Suzy Shier! What a blast from the past.
Also, in case you haven't heard yet, guitar straps are the new thing right now. I love this Mezzanotte one because it's updated my well-worn Givenchy and given it both edge and a much-needed pop of color. Yay for little Winter wardrobe accents!
Thanks for stopping by!
